We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please visit our Return and refund policy for more details. Ithe product is damaged or not valid for your order, please send us a photo or video of the product for a more detailed inspection.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number on our website to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in process, and we won’t be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made if the order is already in process.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipping usually takes between 7-27 business days. Please, if you have any questions, please read our delivery policy or write to us and we will quickly calculate the delivery time
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, which includes free shipping. Shipping time vary depending on the destination. Please check our Shipping Policy page for more information on international shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Of course, you have the opportunity to receive a gift card ranging from $10 to $100. You need to be a subscriber to our store and place a few orders for any product. We always value our subscribers and often provide gift cards, which we send to your email.

Use our wide search bar located in the upper right corner near the shopping cart on our website to find the exact product you need or browse results that match your criteria. You can enter the product number or even a partial description. You can search broadly, such as by color, or specifically, like "Cooling Fan Portable."

Order status & history

Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online on our website. Click on the “Track Your Order” button at the top right of the page to view your recent orders. You have two options for tracking, by order number and email address and tracking number Click on the order number or tracking number you want to track and a page with detailed order information will be displayed. d.
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Shipped."

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.
